Eat, Drink and Be Merry is the key to happiness.
Of course you have to have company to do so. I know I haven't been posting much materials on this blog, and as much as I like to keep things personal as little as possible, I can not help but feel happy for Baim, who was the birthday boy. Turns out wishes do come true in the form of his significant other. *tears up*
Anywho, heads up; will be on hiatus due to finals. I know right? boo to the hoo.

Somehow a spontaneous trip to KL managed to overcome my claustrophobia (at least for the day) and it didn't seem to bother me that much that we had to cram ourselves in the car just to get there. The minute I heard "KL" I knew I had to tag along even if it killed me.
So there we were, all five of us, fresh from a long day of class, and still as energetic as ever.

Echo being the rich bitch that he is, was on a mission for a Lomo cam called "Diane". I really do hope that there are some readers of mine out there who are just as outdated as I am about this thing, because words just couldn't describe how out of place I felt when the others were awing its presence. In my defense, it looked like an overpriced disposable camera, though I must admit after seeing the picture it produces, I get why people pay so much for it.
  Still,
not my thing.

One word : Hungry

We still had tons of energy left, and after gobbling up our dinner, I manage to persuade the gang for a quick trip to Sephora.
Can you see the excitement?

Have I mentioned how much I love spontaneous trips to KL?

Does this make me a total noob?
BITE ME

If internet dusts existed, my blog will be covered in a blanket of it.
I'm so sorry, for the sporadically long hiatuses.
My life is now revolving around endless marathons of tests and quizzes that I can honestly say with confidence, am ready to flunk for.
The stress of it all is killing me. Like downing uranium, I am in for a slow but painful death. These days I don't even bother putting make up on and despite looking like a zombie in day light it is safe to say that when it comes down to vanity and my overdued assignments, my priorities will definitely be on my education. Currently speaking, I have an upcoming test on the following Monday and Friday, and despite (as usual) not studying shit until the last minute, I can still afford to procrastinate my revision. Heck, come to think of it there is 24 hours in a day. Plenty of time right? (This would probably explain why I can never get the best of both worlds; looking fresh as I sit confidently for my tests)
Anywho.... for those who are in the same boat as I am, and you wake up one day to find that your face has lost its "glow" and in its place are monster zits strategically located in case you ever thought of auditioning for the role of "Pizza Face" in a Fast Food Musical, here are some tips of mine that I found very helpful during my stress period.

1) If you are anything like me, and I really hope that you are not, stop by all means putting so much make up on your face. I admit I always put on gunks of concealers on my face to give the illusion of a smooth luminous complexion. Trust me, during your time of stress, it will make things worse, because these stuff block your pores. I don't care if it says its non-comedogenic on the box. If I put a bag over your head and poked one or two holes in it, by the end of the day, you would still feel suffocated. Invest on a really good sunscreen, and lip balm. The weather is getting harsher, you will need the SPF.

2) Don't over wash your face. I went through a period where I had four or five ginormous zits on my face and my biggest mistake was over washing it. You only wash your face twice a day, and that's it. Mental note, keep your hands away from your face and try suppressing any urges to press the shit out of your nose for blackheads. Otherwise you will end up like me, who spent a fortune to remove the scars.

3) Sleep is tres importante'. Now when it comes down to assignments and sleep, I learn a hard lesson to prioritize on the latter. Sleep is important. Despite having a scarring nose, I found it recovering quickly after a few days of good rest. Bear in mind, you are not a robot. If your assignments aren't done, breath in and relax. If you didn't want all this stress, you should have done it earlier.

Anyways, I know that this post isn't much and most of you would probably stop visiting anyways, but to those who are dealing with what I am dealing right now, hang in there. The certificates are worth it.
