I'll miss home.
Last minute packing.

If you ever want to look effortless and crisp clean, white to me is always a no brainer, especially when you have one of those days where you stare in your closet for a good half an hour to discover that you have nothing to wear.

I have mixed emotions about starting my fourth semester on Monday mainly because I am anxious to lose the extra kilos yet I am not ready for the stress I'll be enduring from all the studying.

Cheers to a new semester.

"Ahh hair"
If I had the choice I would never be caught dead in a pair of jeans or anything long for that matter. Because height is a very sensitive issue for me I feel it cuts off what little length I have of my legs. So you can tell that its pretty unorthodox for me to wear one for the day especially since I am no where near my Uni campus.

Blowing it away from my face, is the pouting too much?
I did at one point in my life swore to lay off the shorts and skirts and start wearing more pants. You should have seen the amount of jeans I bought, I even stopped shaving my legs to discourage me from wearing anything above the knee, so you have to give me an A for effort.
Unfortunately my ambition of wearing pants more often was short live and I started to shave my legs back. Occasionally I do put on my favourite pair of jeans case and point, today (to be honest they were jeggings) just so they don't feel unloved and unwanted. Trust me, jeans have feelings too.

The "I got hair off my face" pose
And hey, sometimes they aren't that all bad....
I call this, "The Squating Confused Monkey". Genius
.....Of course thank god heels existed with it.

Deer in headlights, much?
Apart from the usual upper uniform (the tank top), I also prefer over sized flowy tops for every day wear just because of its versatility. That and the fact that it comes in very handy during unexpected binges. The minute I saw this pink number, I knew one wasn't enough, so needless to say, I bought two.

Come to think about it,I really should start exercising more, some places are getting a tad too snug.

I am no Katy Perry, but I do share the same amount of love towards colours and idiosyncrasies. Case and point, the outfit of the day. At times, (or maybe all the time) I love the eye popping nature of my closet which consists of colours rather than the basic black and white. Till this very day, due to my goth-punk-emo phase or whatever you called it because I was a poser, my closet still consists of unworn clothes that I got for Christmas during my preteens which pretty much explains the candy cane hues. My fondness for colours however, quickly grew with me and I find myself constantly pairing bold colours with quirky patterns - another obsession of mine these days.

Failed attempt at whipping my hair back and forth ala Willow Smith
Some may cringe at my choices, but what can I say. Different people have different tastes, and who knows I might change mine in the future.

To be honest, I feel most comfortable wearing a tank top and a pair of shorts. With what the heat and all I have no choice but to make the most out of it and colour coordinate my outfit to my destination; the ice cream parlor. (Ice-cream = sweet = -_-")

I have a habit of eating an ice cream to cool off, and since it is practically summer all year round here in Malaysia, you can probably bet that I enjoy my icy treat almost every day. It helps cope with the stress and discomfort caused by the heat, some even say it prevents heat stroke.

Showing off my heels I bought at Forever 21 ages ago, doesn't it just scream summer?
Oh and before I forget, wishing to all my Muslim readers a "Selamat Hari Raya", I am sure most of you are probably in your kampung celebrating your butts off and having the time of your life - unless you're like me in which Raya is just another mundane day where you wake up to cartoons and cake. Story of my life.
